About
The Impactful Coaching Project (ICP) aims to transform coaching by helping coaches adopt a holistic approach to coaching and leadership. ICP serves as a leader in helping coaches lead the 21st Century Athlete. We offer a variety of training programs, mentoring, resources, and research to help coaches grow in their roles.Dr. Rob Ramseyer is the Co-Founder of the Impactful Coaching Project and Vice President of Athletics and Strategic Expansion at Friends University, overseeing 24 teams. Named KCAC Director of the Year and NACDA Athletic Director of the Year, Rob is also the author of two books. He lives in Wichita, KS, with his wife, Charlie, and their four children.Dustin Galyon is the Co-Founder of the Impactful Coaching Project and Head Golf Coach at Friends University, leading the Falcons to a KCAC championship and NAIA National Championship appearance. A nationally recognized speaker on leadership and motivation, Dustin is also the author of one book. He resides in Hesston, KS, with his wife, Marissa, and their two children.
